Tim Eckman
Senior Estimator
Tim joins the Paramount Contracting staff with 20 years of construction experience, which includes 10 years in estimating. His energetic and goal-oriented approach to his work will benefit the entire team as he manages and supervises the estimating department. He grew up in Strasburg and attended Penn State where he studied accounting, which comes in handy as he crunches the numbers for a mutually-beneficial relationship with our general contracting clients. Loyal and dedicated to his profession and family, he is an easy-going husband and father to a daughter and two sons. He enjoys hunting, fishing and scouting with his son.

Anthony Gonzalez
Estimator
A Bronx, NY native, Anthony's humble demeanor belies his expertise in estimating, which is reinforced by seven years field experience in drywall, metal stud and acoustical ceiling installation. With four years here at Paramount Contracting, he has been our Senior Estimator for two years. Two preschool-age sons keep Anthony and his wife very busy, but Anthony's fun and out-going personality can also be seen on the shoreline while he is surf fishing for blue fish, sharks and stripers.

Ron Bowman
Estimator
Ron's outgoing personality rises to meet Paramount Contracting's challenge of focusing on customer service and meeting and exceeding our client's needs. His relationship-building and challenge-seeking skills are an essential vehicle in his position in estimating and sales. He brings 23 years combined experience in the construction field and estimating and has been with the company for one and a half years. A Lititz native, Ron is married with two sons and enjoys golf in his spare time.

Mike Johnson
Estimator
Mike has been a part of Paramount Contracting's team for three years and is a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology. Originally from Pittsburgh he is now a Lancaster resident. He has ten years construction experience and complements our estimating department with his knowledge and experience in the roofing industry. Mike is blessed with a female household, which includes his wife and two daughters. He enjoys bow hunting and fishing.

Jeremy Johnson (J.J.)
Estimator
J.J.'s contributions to Paramount Contracting are unique and varied. He estimates construction jobs while performing our IT support, including maintenance of the company server and website. His diverse background includes auto mechanics, warehouse manager, drywall installer, and truss designer and has been with Paramount for one year. His 'get-the-job done' determination is apparent in his innovative thinking and dynamic approach. A Middletown native, J.J. currently lives in Elizabethtown with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys hunting and fishing or any excuse to be outdoors and in the woods.
