Valerie Kinder Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Valerie is a new face at Paramount Contracting but will be the first face or voice for our clients in her role as receptionist/administrative assistant. A Lancaster-County native, she is a Penn State graduate in the fields of Health Administration and Spanish. She studied accounting at Montgomery County Community College and spent 25 years working in the printing industry in accounting, estimating, and production management. She also has the personal experience of having built two houses. Her diverse background is a testament to her open mindedness for taking on new challenges and meeting new experiences with enthusiasm and appreciation. A mother of two college-age daughters, she enjoys reading, hiking, swimming, kayaking, gardening and home renovation.

Cathy Erb Administrative Assistant
Cathy brings ten years experience ensuring a professional office environment. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes her a natural as our office event planner, and her team-player attitude and approach assures quality and accuracy as she assists in all administrative duties for our construction projects. A Lancaster-County native, Cathy has been at Paramount for two years. She and her husband enjoy meandering through local cities and towns exploring their flavor - especially their coffee shops. Cathy enjoys spending time with friends and family, being involved in ministry at her church, physical fitness, and having fun.

Joanne Mylin Administrative Assistant
Detail-oriented and thorough, Joanne contributes to the Paramount Contracting team by overseeing payroll and administering insurance benefits. Her experience of over 20 years in payroll administration makes her presence an invaluable asset and cohesive influence to our team, which she has been a part of since our inception. A Lancaster-County native, Joanne's life is full with her husband, three grown sons, and 10 grandchildren - her favorite past time, and she also enjoys reading and walking.

Stacey Myers Administrative Assistant
Stacey has been with Paramount Contracting for three and a half years as our Accounts Payable specialist. Her background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is exemplified in her caring approach in maintaining professional relationships with all our vendors and suppliers. Stacey grew up in Lancaster County and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, son and daughter.
